Ready Gel Tris-HCl gels are formulated without SDS, which allows them to be used for either native PAGE or SDS-PAGE applications

Standard protein migration on Ready Gel Tris-HCl gels. The molecular weight of each band is given in kD. Migrations are based on the leading dye front being run to the bottom of a gel. Single-percentage gels produce the greatest resolution between any 2 bands that are close in molecular weight, whereas a linear gradient gel allows both high and low molecular weight bands to be visualized on the same gel.
