Bio-Plex Express Assays
New to Bio-Plex assays are Express assays for faster delivery of single beads and detection antibodies of 10 targets or less.  One 96-well plate format is available for the following assays. 

  • Bio-Plex Pro cytokine, chemokine, and growth factor assays (magnetic format)
    • Human and mouse assays
    • NEW all-in-one packaging

Bio-Plex x-Plex Assays
Bio-Plex assays are offered as x-Plex assays for custom premixed beads and detection antibodies.  One or ten 96-well plate formats are available for the following assays.

  • Bio-Plex Pro cytokine, chemokine, and growth factor assays (magnetic format)
    • Human and mouse assays
    • All-in-one packaging
    • 2-plate minimum order applies for a 6-plex or less
  • Bio-Plex cytokine, chemokine, and growth factor assays (nonmagnetic format)
    • Rat assays available
    • Separate reagent kit and diluent kit required
  • Bio-Plex signal transduction assays (nonmagnetic format)
    • Phosphoprotein and total target assays available
    • Separate reagent kit and cell lysis kit required
